~1999 Chevrolet Express 1500 Southern Comfort Conversion Van. Drives great and in great mechanical condition!
~Low 76,1xx original miles (Mileage will change as we are currently still driving this great van). Yes only 7000 miles a year put on this beauty! So many many more miles left!
~8cylinder w/4 speed automatic with electronic overdrive but I still can't believe what good gas mileage we get.
~Seats 7 very comfortably with all tan leather seating, 2 captains chairs in middle, 3 person power bench seat that lays down into bed in back with the touch of a button.
~Southern Comfort Conversion package consists of TV, VCR (both in working condition), hook-ups for video games (also works), high-top roof (6'4 spouse can almost stand comfortably, but passengers love how easy it is to move around), rear air w/front and back controls, blinds on 3 back windows, all back windows have tinted privacy glass, has power and headphone hook-ups, along with cup holders available to each seat, wood trim and full floor carpet throughout. Oh and can't forget the lighting in the back, each seat has a map light and then there are low light lights all throughout to give it what my daughter calls "ambiance". BEAUTIFUL!
~Includes driver & passenger air bags, power driver’s seat, AM/FM stereo w/CD player, daytime running lights, power steering, cruise control, power windows/door locks, driver & passenger map lights, concealable radar detector and so much more.
~Lots of storage space with overhead storage cubbies - these are also lighted.
~New quality Michelin LTX tires put on less than a year ago and tread is great. Know they have to have 75% tread left, if not more. Oil changed on time since we've owned it.
~This vehicle is super cheap on insurance too. I was blown away by my bill.
~Selling due to lifestyle changes and just isn’t what we need anymore w/only two kids. We had plans for this awesome van but you know how life is. No issues w/vehicle whatsoever!
~NADA has just the van, this is WITHOUT, i repeat WITHOUT, the conversion package listed at $7450. We are listing our asking price at around $10,900 - making the conversion package you get about $3450. However we are willing to listen to reasonable offers and see what we can work out.
