Hi, my name is Jonah. I am an 8 month old Shar-Pei/Terrier mix. I had a few more of the Shar-Pei wrinkles when I was a puppy but have lost them now that I am getting a bit bigger. (I think it works the opposite with my two-legged friends. They get wrinkles as they get older from what they tell me.) I guess I am just growing into my skin. My volunteer friends at the shelter tell me I have the most beautiful rust-colored fur. In fact, they say I am quite the handsome lad. I am very friendly and love to play. I also love to chew on my bones with my sister, Allie, as you can see in one of my pictures. She&#194&#146s up for adoption too. We both came from a high-kill shelter but were luckily saved and brought to this wonderful shelter where everyone is so kind. We were not in the best of health when we arrived but Pam nursed us back to health and now we are just two happy-go-lucky pups looking for their forever home. Please come by and visit us to see how we can bring a smile to your face and a lifetime of happiness. Although we are fostered in Tennesse, there are 2 transports that leave weekly taking newly adopted dogs to New England so please consider us even if you do not live in the local area.
