Sonic is named after a place he never wants to go again! He spent the first 6 months of his life as a Parking Lot Kitty at a local Sonic. A fellow can get pretty tired of tater tots and limeade. At first Sonic was not sure he was cut out for life as a housecat. But now, a couple of months into the whole adventure, he loves his new life. He is affectionate and talkative, and especially appreciates never missing a meal. No cars inside the house either! They are also bathed, groomed & get a nail trim. The adoption fee for cats/kittens is $100, which helps defray these expenses. A Home for Cats is proud to be a no-kill rescue. Once a cat comes into our care, it stays with us until adopted, no matter how long that takes. Of course, when you adopt one of our cats, it makes it possible for us to rescue another one.Our cats are fed only Hill's Science Diet brand cat foods.
